Individual Counseling Services

Individual counseling services are provided for all clients who have been assessed to need level 1 care, outpatient counseling.

Continuing Care Groups

Continuing Care Group is offered to clients who have been evaluated to need an aftercare group. These groups also serve as a step down service to those exiting either residential services or intensive outpatient services. These groups are held one time per week and focus on relapse prevention tools and skills. Adult gender specific services Continuing Care Groups are available.

Level I Services, Outpatient Program, Continuing Care

For individuals entering Level 1 services, this consists of one individual session and one group per week, or individual sessions.  This program also offers individualized care; therefore there is no predetermined length of treatment.  Rather, the length of a client’s participation in services is guided by the American Society of Addiction Medicine’s (ASAM) Patient Placement Criteria.  Reviews are completed every monthly to determine whether continued stay at the present level of care or movement up, down, or out of care is warranted.  The continuing care group focuses primarily on relapse prevention skills and tools.
